It’s a stone of rebirth, shedding unneeded layers of emotional attachment. It stabilizes and grounds the root chakra through its strong connection to the earth and its creation within the center of Earth.

  Put a drop of your favourite essential oil. The Lava stone will retain the scent for a while. Be careful not to get the oils on the elastic.
