In Honour of Donald and his Legacy

We would like to honour Donald Duong who passed away this November 22nd, 2019 from Sarcoma Cancer. He was the original owner of DT Bistro, a fine dining restaurant that occupied our current location at 154 Harbord Street. In 2016, he was forced to close his doors due to his ongoing battle to focus on his health.⁠⁠

We met him in a very monumental time, after the news from Honest Ed's that we would be forced to vacate our home of 8 years in Ed Mirvish Village.⁠

His love for beauty and this iconic building enabled us to have the sanctuary that we have today. Even though we did not know this man intimately, we feel very connected and indebted to him that we should have such an incredibly beautiful space for our healing centre. We hope to continue his legacy of bringing beauty to everyone who comes through these doors. ⁠

For this reason we will donating 5% of revenues on Saturday, December 14th, 2019 to the Sarcoma Cancer Research Foundation. ⁠
