Order Timelines:

For shipping orders: Please allow 3-5 business days for us to get your order ready. Some items like jewellery and bracelets may be made to order and thus might require longer lead-times. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.

For curb-side pick up orders, please allow 2-3 business days for us to get your order ready. If you need your order earlier, we will try out best to accommodate you. Some items are made to order and thus require further lead time. 

You will receive a confirmation your order is ready for pick up. Please respond when you plan to come so we can have your order ready. 

If there are lines outside the store upon arrival due to capacity bylaws when not in lockdown, please call us and we will bring your order outside for you.

Disclaimer: Working with crystals and stones is a spiritual practice and we cannot guarantee any stone will have an impact on the individual's physical or mental health. We can not make any guarantee or claim that crystals and stones will have physical impacts on the body or illnesses. This is a personal practice of connecting to the Earth through their energies and should not be a substitute for traditional medicine. 

REFUND POLICIES 

In Store Shopping: 

Crystals and Crystal Jewellery purchased in store may not be returned or refunded. We allow 7 days exchange or credit on books and unopened card decks in their original condition. Herbs and Ceremonial Items may not be returned. 

Online Shopping for Curbside Pick up Policy :

For online orders that have been by pickup in store we will gladly issue a credit or refund on items returned to us within 7 business days with their original tags and in original condition. All refunds will be for the value of the product ONLY minus a 10% restocking fee. 

• Please pick up your order within 14 days. 
• After 14 days, if your order has not been picked up, there will be no option for exchange or refund. 
• Orders that have not been picked up after 4 weeks will be refunded with a 25% restocking fee applied. 

Online Shopping Shipping Policy:

We will gladly issue a credit or refund on items returned to us within 7 business days with their original tags, packaging and in original condition. All refunds will be for the value of the product only minus a 10% restocking and energetic clearing fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded. After 7 days no merchandise may be refunded. Refunds with customs charges will be deducted from the total.

Nonrefundable items include: Rings, herbs, candles, handmade items, custom jewellery orders, and archetypal bracelets.  

Each candle is timed by specific moon rites in ceremony. We enforce this policy to avoid energetic contamination, altered resonance, and uphold their integrity and power.

Please note that crystals and minerals are formed naturally and their size and shape varies. Please allow some variance of from the picture and understand that no two stones are ever a like. Many stones have naturally incurring inclusions and cracks that are natural to their form. We do our best to ensure that all of our stones have been energetically cleared and are packaged with care and love.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We’ll gladly accept unused product minus ceremonies ritual tools, herbs, Rings, herbs, candles, handmade items, custom jewellery orders, and archetypal bracelets. Returns are processed in the order they are received. Please allow a week to a week and a half for your return to be processed once received at our store.

You can send items back to us using any trackable/insured shipping method. Duty must be pre-paid for returns. Sorry, we can’t accept COD returns.
