The Customer Care team at The Rock Store are involved in supporting the mission of The Rock Store, which is to create a safe space for healing, learning and for the community to gather. The team supports the customers with The Rock Store's products and services with the goal of finding complete solutions for their needs. The Customer Care team also support the managers in daily tasks, crafts, gardening, cleaning and maintaining the energy of the store. This can involve but is not limited to: setting up treatment rooms, watering and planting flowers outside, cleaning bathrooms and dusting, mopping, tidying yoga props, and supporting the practitioners needs in preparing for events etc.
