Part Time Customer Care Associate

The Customer Care team at The Rock Store are involved in supporting the mission of The Rock Store, which is to create a safe space for healing, learning and for the community to gather. The team supports the customers with The Rock Store's products and services with the goal of finding complete solutions for their needs. The Customer Care team also support the managers in daily tasks, crafts, gardening, cleaning and maintaining the energy of the store. This can involve but is not limited to: setting up treatment rooms, watering and planting flowers outside, cleaning bathrooms and dusting, mopping, tidying yoga props, and supporting the practitioners needs in preparing for events etc. 

We are always open to accepting resumes for this position and looking for individuals with the following:

• Knowledge of crystals and some understanding of the spiritual and esoteric industry
• Retail and / or Service experience
• Friendly disposition 
• Eager to support others
• High emotional intelligence, empathy and compassion 
• Open minded to all walks of faith and spiritual practices
• Ability to handle busy and energetic environments 
• Reliable work ethic and commitment to scheduled shifts
• Ability to work with others and openly communicate with a team
• Leads a healthy lifestyle and values the Earth and their individual impact upon it
• Can handle cash transactions and simple arithmetic
• Detail oriented 
• Ability to multiitask
