  Join celebrated cellist Carina and musician Bianca in this blend of deep cello vibrations and crystal bowls through a guided five senses full body experience. You will be given the space to come more deeply into yourself and your body, letting the sounds and vibrations of the music help you release and integrate whatever is ready to flow more harmoniously in your system.

  This auditory delicacy of a sound bath is sure to transcend your physical reality into the nourishing delights.
  
  Allow the strong vibrations of sound medicine to fill your body in this 90 min ceremony that has the intention to facilitate deep healing while celebrating the time of stillness, reverence and connection. 

  REQUIREMENTS:
  1. If you would like to lie down, please bring a mat and a blanket. We will have bolsters and chairs if needed but have limited yoga mats or blankets. 
  2. Please arrive early. Concert starts promptly and late admittance will not be accepted. 
  4. Signed Waiver - Will be sent through email.

  OTHER INFORMATION:

  • This concert is situated on the second floor in the Temple Room of The Rock Store (stairs)
  • ***Cushions and bolsters are available for seated positions however if you would like to lie down in this event, please bring a yoga mat or a blanket. 
  • Only bottled water is permitted into the Temple Room
  • Please arrive early. Late comers will not be permitted after a few mins.
