NEW YEARS INTENTION GONG BATH CEREMONY JAN 4TH

  Set the year off right to the soothing and cathartic sounds of the gong and connect to its vibratory medicine. 

  Get cozy with us within the first few days of 2025 and let the wisdom that is held in the unknown of the new year wash over you. Allow the strong vibrations of Gong medicine to fill your body in this 90 min ceremony that has the intention to facilitate deep healing while celebrating the time of stillness, reverence and connection. 

  Our ceremony will include energy work and cleansing rituals, kundalini meditation, prayer and a full sound bath (gong, singing bowls,  tuning forks, shakers, chimes, mantra, voice, flute and more). 

  REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Feel free to bring a  journal and a pen/pencil to write with.
  2. If you would like to lie down, please bring a mat and a blanket. We will have bolsters and chairs if needed but have limited yoga mats or blankets. 
  3. Please arrive early. Concert starts promptly at 2 PM and late admittance will not be accepted. 
  4. Signed Waiver - Will be sent through email.

  OTHER INFORMATION:

  • This concert is situated on the second floor in the Temple Room of The Rock Store (stairs)
  • ***Cushions and bolsters are available for seated positions however if you would like to lie down in this event, please bring a yoga mat or a blanket. 
  • Only bottled water is permitted into the Temple Room
  • Please arrive early. Late comers will not be permitted after a few mins.
